Mark Granger has over 45 years in the real estate and mortgage origination business and has originated millions in mortgage loans. He has managed investment pools of mortgages and other real estate investments that have yielded consistently high returns to investors for more than 20 years. His previous mortgage fund, Pacific West Financial LLC, the predecessor to Pacific West Mortgage Fund LLC, provided investors with annual returns ranging from 7% to 11% after management fees. Mark Granger began his career in the industrial and commercial real estate business in 1983 and founded the Granger company in 1989. With more than 40 years of experience in this industry, Mark has grown the firm into a full-service Southern California real estate company built on the principles of exceptional personal service and strong investment performance. Mark and his professional staff have finalized hundreds of industrial and commercial real estate transactions, using their extensive knowledge of the business to make the loan process efficient and beneficial for their clients. In 2003, Mark started Pacific West Financial LLC, a mortgage pool provided loans on all property types. That fund later became the predecessor to Pacific West Mortgage Fund, LLC. Pacific West Mortgage Fund has produced solid returns for its investors and superior service for its borrowers. Mark graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and has been active in local organizations including The Gardena Chamber of Commerce, The Gardena Economic Development Corporation, and The Gardena/ Carson YMCA. Mark is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association and the California Mortgage Association. He lives in the South Bay, has been married for 35 years and is the father of twins.
