That's why we work hard to make the lending process easy. We know exactly what is needed to close the loan. We produce all loan documents in-house, usually within days of loan approval. We do our own underwriting, and our principals and/or staff visit, inspect, and evaluate each property.
By partnering with you throughout the loan process, we make the transaction that much easier. Our employees, underwriters and consultants are accustomed to working in a short time frame, assessing and checking the information immediately and then making quick decisions. We are generally able to fund your loan within days after loan approval.
