  • Advertising Finding good loans can be difficult and time consuming. The sales team at Pacific West is constantly sourcing loans in order to make sure the fund stays fully funded with high quality loans. The Manager uses a variety of advertising resources in achieving this goal.
  • Loan Documentation The administrative staff at Pacific West is second to none. All loan documents, escrow and title insurance matters are handled by a team of loan professionals. We use standard loan documents created by Harland Financial. All trust deeds are insured with an ALTA Title Insurance policy issued by Lawyers Title, one of the largest title insurance companies in the world.
  • Loan Servicing Loan servicing is performed by our in-house team and all contact with the borrower is handled by our office. This includes everything from originating the loan to preparing the pay-off paper work. Any legal issues that may arise are managed by appropriate legal counsel and overseen by our legal committee.
  • Due Diligence Our underwriters with 25 years of experience in the real estate market perform all the necessary background checks on the borrower, including credit checks, a complete search of all public records, title search, tenant verification and physical inspections. This process allows us to obtain a good profile of our borrowers and the security for our loans.
  • Property Management In the event that a property is taken back through foreclosure, Pacific West in conjunction with our real estate division, Granger Co, allows the investor hands free access to an in-house property management team that can handle all maintenance, tenant leasing, eviction and sales issues.
  • Pacific West has a large network of professional vendors including everything from attorneys to plumbers. When necessary, we engage the services of various professional trades for advice and guidance. This network of resources is invaluable in an ever changing real estate market.
